I’ve been a practitioner of yoga for many years, 1994 to be exact, and eventually got my 200hr training in 2012 at Mama Nirvana’s in Easthampton MA. Since then, I have finished by Bachelors degree in Public health with a concentration in holistic health at UMASS Amherst While finishing my degree, I was introduced to the amazing field of hypnotherapy. I have since completed hypnotherapy training from the Southwest Institute of Healing and I am currently continuing with advanced training. I personally have used both yoga and hypnotherapy as forms of stress management during a very difficult time and have seen so many benefits that have come from from it. I find that both of these modalities work to release deep tensions and holdings in the whole body-mind and result in physical, mental and emotional relaxation. In addition, hypnosis is a quick and effective way to help you gain control over anxiety, pain and undesired behaviors.
